San Martinho Beach Club (SMBC) is looking forward to making several improvements to the resort this year. After some impressive accomplishments in 2022 - from being named Mozambique's Leading Family Resort 2022 to receiving a 4-star grade by INATUR; our focus this year is on making structural and aesthetic upgrades at the resort to elevate holiday experiences for every owner and guest who walks through our doors.
First on the list of transformations, particularly at Block 38, is the installation of brand-new tiles, cupboards, sanware, and furniture, which will add a fresh and modern look to the units. The block will be outfitted with new softs such as plush towels and comfortable bedding, providing the rooms with a polished and cohesive aesthetic.
SMBC will also be upgrading the laundry facilities, increasing the boat storage space, upgrading the security camera system, and improving the sewerage system throughout the resort. The reception area and the shop at the Coco Hut Bar will also be expanded. As a result of the continued upgrades, daily management, and maintenance throughout the resort, Owners' investments will continue to be safeguarded and Rental Guests can also enjoy their holidays in luxury and comfort.
In addition, the highly anticipated marina phase of the resort will also begin this year, with a limited number of purchase opportunities available.
