SMBC Policy on Helpers and Vendors

San Martinho Beach Club (SMBC) remains the destination of choice in the idyllic coastal town of Bilene, Mozambique. As a valued owner or guest at this beautiful resort, we want to ensure that your holiday experience is nothing short of amazing, from the moment you set foot in our resort to the moment you bid us farewell.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have appointed a team of approved, independent helpers at SMBC. These helpers are carefully selected and authorised by the resort, and you can easily spot them by their distinctive SMBC helper shirt and badge.
SMBC Owners can also request the independent services offered by these helpers. However, it is important to note that any engagement or agreement with these helpers is undertaken solely at your own risk.
We also understand that you may prefer to bring your private helper with you on holiday at the resort. We welcome this, as long as your helper is registered at reception. Once they are registered, they will receive a lanyard and a name tag for identification purposes.
The same level of vetting and the approval process is applied to vendors who operate independently on the beach and the new Beach Hut marketplace. These vendors also wear official shirts and badges, making them easily recognisable.
Please remember that unauthorised helpers will not be granted access to the resort without prior approval.
