We're thrilled to share a cascade of exciting updates with you. The past year has been one of significant growth and transformation at this beachfront paradise. From upgraded amenities to a renewed focus on sustainability, we've been busy ensuring San Martinho Beach Club remains the ultimate destination for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
Nurturing the Future
A dedicated nursery and a coconut palm grove have been established to cultivate plants and beautiful coconut palms for the resort's gardens and beach. We've already begun planting these palms in newly landscaped walkways.
Boating Enhancements
Both our fishing boat and speedboat have received significant upgrades, including new motors for the fishing boat and new seat covers for the speedboat (with a new motor forthcoming).
Fitness for Everybody
The gym has been outfitted with upgraded equipment and machines for a more enjoyable workout. Additionally, the activities hut/boathouse has been expanded to provide a more spacious and organized display of available offerings.
Streamlined Operations
The maintenance area now boasts a dedicated office, workspace, and secure storage for parts and chemicals. Similarly, new storerooms for laundry supplies and guest essentials have been completed.
Keeping It Clean
A designated wash area with a concrete slab, high-pressure water feed, and proper drainage provides a convenient space for guests and homeowners to wash their cars and boats. The former block yard and sand storage have also been relocated to a more discreet location.
Tech Upgrade
The resort's IT infrastructure has received a significant boost with the installation of additional fibre optic cables, security cameras, battery backup systems, and biometric timekeeping equipment.
